Camera Viewer Suite Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Foscam Camera Viewer, Axis IP Camera Viewer, or Viewer for Panasonic IP Camera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software License & Allowed Use
Tech24h grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the apps on your personal iOS devices for lawful monitoring purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer or decompile the software.
3. Direct Connection & Network Security
Because our apps connect directly to your cameras via LAN, DDNS, or IP addresses without intermediary servers, you are solely responsible for setting secure passwords and properly configuring your local network and router firewall.
4. In-App Purchases & Apple App Store Terms
Upgrading to the Pro version is handled entirely by Apple In-App Purchases. Payment, refunds, and subscriptions adhere to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as is”. While we strive for maximum reliability and low latency, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to variations in camera hardware, firmware versions, or local network conditions.
